The main objective of the department is to organize control over the creation of safe working conditions at the plant.
In order to meet the objectives set at the department shall have the following functions:
Control over the creation of a safe and healthy working conditions, the observance of laws, regulations, rules and regulations for the protection of health, safety, industrial hygiene, provision for employee benefits and compensation set on working conditions;
