Scope: Novo Flow brand anticaking agent for surface treatment of ammonium nitrate granules - a reagent used as a water repellent on the surface of granular ammonium nitrate particles.

The optimal dosage of each brand of fertilizer is determined only in the production environment. The anticaking agent must be sprayed onto the fertilizer granules by means of a metering pump and spray nozzles.

According to its physical and chemical properties, it must comply with the requirements and standards indicated in the table.

             The Novo Flow brand anticaking agent is a wax and surfactant.

- Melting temperature – (77÷82) °C;

- Boiling temperature – более 250 °C;

- Pour point – (60-70) °C;

- flash point – less than 150 ° C;

- flash point – less than 150 ° C;

- decomposition temperature – less than 150 ° C.

Insoluble in water, soluble in many organic solvents.

Safety requirements: according to the parameters of acute toxicity, the product belongs to moderately hazardous substances: hazard class 3 according to San PiN 0213.

 Packing: packaged in steel barrels GOST 13950 with a capacity of 200 dm³ or in steel barrels in accordance with GOST 6247 with a capacity of 200 dm³ or railway tanks or tankers.

Transportation: Transportation of the NovoFlow brand anticaking agent for surface treatment of ammonium nitrate granules is carried out by all means of transport in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods in force on this mode of transport.

Storage: store in the factory packaging in rooms specially designed for storage away from oxidizing agents, at a temperature not lower than 0 ° C and not higher than 90 ° C.

Guaranteed shelf life: 2 years from the date of issue when stored in unopened original packaging.
