The main objective of economic planning department is the organization of work for economic planning in the enterprise, to achieve rational economic activity.
In accordance with the primary goal to the economic planning department shall have the following functions.
Planning production and business activities of shops and services on the basis of the approved forecast of the enterprise;
Planning the cost of production and sales of products and control of their spending;
Organization of work on pricing;
