In accordance with the main task of the financial department shall have the following functions:
Drafting the financial plan of the enterprise with all the necessary calculations based on maximum mobilization of internal reserves, the most rational use of fixed and current assets.
Defining the needs of the enterprise in all kinds of credit sources for financing plans of modernization and reconstruction of the enterprise, the construction of new facilities.
